If you opt for a refund for your return, your Gift With Purchase item must also be returned in unopened and unworn conditions.
If you decide to return an item without returning the Gift With Purchase item(s), our standard returns policy will be void and a credit note will be provided for your return.
Mother's Day Instagram Competition - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open to all participants aged 18 and above, residing in Australia and New Zealand, except employees and immediate family members of Kirstin Ash.
How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must:
Share the post to a friend (or multiple). Save the post. Comment on the post, sharing why the affirmations resonate with them.
Prizes: Our favourite comment, as judged by Kirstin Ash, will win a $1000 voucher. Five other comments selected by Kirstin Ash will each win a $100 voucher.
There may also be additional consolation prizes, which will be awarded at the discretion of Kirstin Ash. Winners of consolation prizes will be selected randomly.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected based on the creativity, relevance, and sincerity of their comments. The decision of Kirstin Ash is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 days of the competition closing date. Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize, failing to do so, may result in an alternate winner being selected.
Prize Redemption: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Winners will receive their vouchers via email or direct message, along with instructions on how to redeem them.
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Kirstin Ash to use their Instagram username and comments for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and marketing materials.
Competition Period: The competition will commence on [12.05.24] and end on [18.05.24]. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
General Terms: Kirstin Ash reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia, NSW.
